Greetings from the retired folk on the moon, just wanted to share a poem from our Planetary Poetry Club, each line written by a different resident:
Our Little Corner of the Moon:
Peace of night,
A sliver of moon
The sight of the earth slight
Between the paisley curtains adorning my room.
Up here,
smoke still swirls from my cuppa tea
It is never lonely with my Comoonity.
Vastness is bliss,
Like a library that is endless
Opening gaze to the eye of Jupiter,
As if opening a book,
Throwing a rod into nothingness
Collect memories from my hook.
Rocket Man prepared me for retirement in outta space,
My helmet on the peg,
Wrinkles on the moon's surface.
My walking stick floating by,
Zero gravity allows me to fly.

So beautiful!
